WoW!! Terrorism!

If you haven't heard WIRED.COM reported that the U.S. Government has decided to find terrorist in the World of Warcraft...

Haha, really finding terrorists on WoW who would've thought that Osama and the bunch would be playing WoW. Our tax dollars at work. Maybe its a way to bypass getting a subscription for WoW.

A New Clone Wars... Ugh

For those who haven't heard there is a new Star Wars: The Clone Wars series on the horizon. It is going to kick off with a feature length 3D animated film in August. Here is the trailer:



The movie launches a new (half-hour?) series going more in-depth into the whole clone wars scenario.

As cool as it looks I feel that this is a slap in the face to Gendy Tartakovsky's Clone Wars Micro-Series that was on Cartoon Network a few years ago. The Clone Wars on CN was very well written and as far as I can tell was well received by the Star Wars community.

I feel that this new series is, as with the remastered first trilogy, a "Lucus-ified" version of something that was already great to begin with.

I don't know if this will be successful or not in terms of fan-base. I don't know about it yet. I wasn't as excited about this one as I was for the first go-around. Here's to hoping for something good.
